A few weeks ago I planted some Topsy Turvy planters with tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and strawberries. I’m sad to say that some of the strawberry plants are wilting like crazy. Pretty sure it’s because I’ve been overwatering them. Instead of watering every day, I’m only going to water every 2 or 3 days. The temps here are still mild and most of the planters are on the east side of my house. They get plenty of sun in the early to midday, but are sheltered from the late day scorching. Already many of the wilting plants seem to be making a comeback. I even have a few small red strawberries ready to pick.

| On that same note, I HAVE TOMATOES! It looks like the Roma tomatoes. Of course I forgot to put the plant tags in the holes so I would remember, but I guess I would be able to tell which ones they were just by the shape and size. These are oval, that’s why I’m thinking they’re the Roma’s. | ![]() |

Here’s a pic of one of the peppers. It’s tiny, but it’s there! This one is on the Orange Pepper plant. The rest of the plants have some blossom, so I imagine I’ll start seeing little peppers poking their heads up at me within a few weeks. Very cool all around! |
