I keep meaning to plant a few for that great fragrance, but always end up forgetting about them. Did you get any snow in the storm last night? We got about 4 inches here and woke up having to shake off the trees for fear of more breakage. It looks like the tulips are completely unaffected by the new snow. Yay! My tulips haven't bloomed yet...but any day now! They aren't in the sunniest location so they take a bit longer. However, I had several hyacinth (thought I'd transplanted elsewhere) come up and were so heavy with blooms. Luckily, I relieved their stems by snatching them and bringing them inside - their fragrance filled my home! Happy digging! Jan Andrea,
